Change of Scheduling
The scheduling for my group's filming has be altered. My group and I were supposed film on Monday as that was the only day everyone could come together to film. However, there were some difficulties regarding bad weather which caused us to cancel filming for that day. I talked to both group members to find a new date to film without any interruptions. But, I found out that there were no other days to film together as a group.
The previous date in which I had to film with my group, it had started raining which didn't allow for meet ups at the library. So I worked on the music to make up for lost time while the others did their respective work. When talking with Madelyn to schedule a new filming date, she told me that the only day she would be available was on Mondays. However, when talking with Kennedy, she stated that the only days she would be able to film were on the weekends. These restrictions hindered the entire group from getting together as a whole.
After thinking it over, my group members suggested that the filming happen on two different days. Since I am available on every day during spring break, I will have to film on two days with a different group member. Madelyn and I will film on Monday the 21st separately. Then Kennedy and I will film on Saturday the 26th. Since there are no scenes that require every group member to be in at the same time, it will hopefully work out smoothly.
There will probably be prop changes because all members will not be present for filming together. Since one of the scenes require two flashlights, I will use my parent's phone to substitute for the flashlight. For my character's scene, Madelyn will film it. This will be because the first filming day for me, I would prefer to get it over with sooner than later. Also, the time needed to film with Kennedy will be limited due to her schedule so it will be necessary for my parts to be filmed beforehand.
